WA: Fire contained but still a threat

PERTH, Feb 5 AAP - Authorities fear a large bushfire that has destroyed up to 10 homes
north of Perth could flare up again tomorrow.

The blaze which forced the evacuation of dozens of residents and a school was still
burning tonight, but had been contained, a Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said.

Strong winds and high temperatures today fanned the blaze, which has already burned
through more than 1,500 hectares since it began in Neerabup National Park yesterday.

And firefighters fear changing winds may lend the blaze renewed power again …
